PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of Section 43 of “The Rabbit Nuisance Act, 1928,” that the Ratepayers’ List of the Patea-Waitotara Rabbit District will be open for inspection without fee, at the office of the Magistrate’s Court, Wanganui, on and after Wednesday, the 25th day of February, 1948, and until the 19th day of March, 1948. All objections to the above list must be tendered in writing and reach the Clerk of the Magistrate’s Court, Wanganui, not later than the 19th day of March, 1948. A copy of such objection must at the same time be lodged with or sent by registered letter to the undersigned.
