RUSSIA PROTESTS
Recd. 7.35 p.m. London, Jan. 29. The Moscow radio says Russia has protested to Britain and the United States about the American proposal to reopen the Mellaha airfield. Tripoli, saying it contradicts the terms of the Italian peace Ireaty.
