DIFFICULT SITUATION IN KOREA

Recd. 7.50 p.m. New York, Jan. 27. The Commission's appeal to the "Little Assembly" is being delayed by the tenuous possibility that word will come to-morrow that the Russians have changed their minds and will permit the commission to enter the Soviet zone.
