MAKIRIKIRI SPORTS CLUB MEETING
Provided the Health Department restrictions are lifted regarding the infantile paralysis and the necessary arrangements can be made, the annual Makirikiri sports will be held on Saturday. March 20. This decision was reached at the annual meeting last night. The election of officers resulted: Patron, Mr. A. J. Todd; president, Mr. W. G. Bason; vice-presidents, Messrs. W. Scott, W. Ford, E. P. C. Vaughan and V. Horrocks; treasurer. Mr L. J. Williams; director of sports, Mr. V. Horrocks; secretaries, A. J. Tasker and P. V. Macdonald.
