PRELUDE TO FEDERATION BY SEVEN COUNTRIES
Reed. 6 p.m. London, Jan. 17 Dimitrov, the Bulgarian Premier slated today that Bulgaria, Rumania. Albania, Yugoslavia, Hungary, Poland and Czechoslovakia, aimed at perfecting a system of bilateral alliances and co-ordinating economic co-operation as a prelude to an eventual federation or confederation, says the Associated Press Bucharest correspondent.
