Recd. 5 p.m. New York, Jan. 15. The Pakistan Foreign Minister (Sir Xafrullah Khan) has sent to the United Nations three documents deal ing with India’s complaint to the Security Council. Sir Khan denies all the Indian allegatic ». and counter-charges that India was guilty of aggression against Pakistan and has ill-treated Moslems and driven them from their homes. He says India obtained accession cf the Jammu and Kashmir States by fraud and violence. India also blocked the implementation of agreements on ‘the partition by withhold Pakistan’s share of cash balances and military stores. The Reserve Bank of India refused to honour to the full its obligations as a banker and the currency authority of Pakistan, thus endangering Pakistan’s monetary fabric. Khan said: “The object of the various acts of aggression against Pakistan is destruction of that State.” Pakistan requested the Security Council to call on India to desist from acts of aggression and to imple ment without delay all the agreements between India and Pakistan.
