THE late shopping nignt tram service will oe observed on the Aramono and Wanganui East routes until 10.35 p.m. irom Post Office. The ordinary week-day Gonville and Castlecliff services will be observed until 4.0 p.m. From 4.0 p.m. to 10.35 p.m. trams will leave P.O. for Castlecliif, and Castlecliff for the City via Alma Road every hour-hour, on the hour and 30 minutes past the hour, passing at Gonville Junction at 12 and 42 minutes past each hour. Commencing at 4.0 p.m. a 20 minutes’ service will be observed between P.O. and Gonville Junction via Koromiko Road. The week-day Bus service will be run on the St. John’s Hill route until 6.0 p.m., when the following will be observed:— INWARDS: LEAVE VIRGINIA ROAD: 6.40 p.m. (via Smithfield); 7.25 p.m., 9.30 p.m., 10.20 p.m., 10.55 p.m. (via Springvale). OUTWARDS. LEAVE POST OFFICE: 7.0 p.m. (via Springvale); 9.20 p.m. (via Springvale). (via Springvale). The Durie Hill Elevator will run until 11.0 p.m. THURSDAY, DECEMBER 25, 1947 (CHRISTMAS DAY). No tram, bus or elevator services wil' be run. FRIDAY, DECEMBER 26, 1947. (BOXING DAY). The ordinary week-day service will be observed on the Durie Hill Elevator. The ordinary week-day services will be run on all tram routes from 6.30 a.m., but the St. John's Hill Bus will commence running ordinary weekday schedule at 9.50 a.m. from the Post Office and 10.10 a.m. from Virginia Road.
