Thirty thousand Scouts will atteind the World Jamboree at Moikson, near Paris, which will be officially opened OTi August 9 Six thousand Scouts, representing Britain and the Empiie, will leave lor France in special trains today, tomorrow and Thursday. The Boy Scout International Bureau Jias announced the latest active membership of Scouts throughout the world as 4.409,774, more than a million increase since 1939.
