Melbourne, July 23 Radio-telephone links between Aus tralia and the rest of the world severed in war time, mainly for security reasons, are gradually being restored. In the past three weeks India, Ceylon, South Africa, Kenya, the Channel Islands, Nauru and Barbadoes have been added to the list. So far Australia has no link with South America nor any country of Continental Europe except France. The only Asi atic countries which can be telephoned are India and Ceylon.
