Recd. 7.30 p.m. London, July 23 A British Government Note, in rejiy to a Bulgarian Note of July 3 which sought to explain the non-ap-pearance of two newspapers, said the British Government remained unconvinced by Bulgarian arguments. The continued non-appearance of the two newspapers was more impressive than the Bulgarian promise of revision at a later date of the present press law, which, together with other laws, should conform with Bulgaria’s peace treaty obligations.
