NEW LEVEL OF INDUSTRY AIMED AT IN GERMANY
Recd. 6 p.m. Washington, July I Referring to Western Germany, the Secretary of State (Mr. Marshall) said that a new level of industry would be announced soon. He would not elaborate, but Press reports said the scheme envisaged increased production of various chemicals in the British and American zones and increased steel output in the Ruhr. It was added that Britain ami the United States also intended to resume the removal of capital goods in the form of reparations.
