ARAB CHIEF ARRIVES IN ENGLAND.—Effendi Musa cl Alami, head of the Arab Offices throughout the world, arrived with his wife at Southampton from New York, aboard the liner Queen Elizabeth, on June 17. His visit is reported to be connected with the Anglo-American report. It is believed that unless the recommendations are reversed, all Arab leaders will seek Soviet assistance.
