Berlin, March. 9. Tn his monthly report, General McNarney says that the export target of the British and American zones in Germany for 1947 is £25,000 000. The report disclosed that it had cost nearly £125,000,000 to run the United Stales zone since the war ended, excluding the cost of maintaining the army of occupation. The feeding of Germans and displaced persons has cost nearly £99,000 000, the wages of soidiers doing military government work £6,680,000, and the wages of civilians working for the military government about £2,639 000.
