MANIAC KILLER IN HAMBURG
Hamburg, Feb. 18. After four persons were found stripped and strangled by a maniac killer who has been named “The Ripper,” girls working for the Allied Control Commission asked for protection on the journey between their offices and their billets. It was reported that “The Ripper” murdered two girls of the Allied Control Commission but police denied this.
