OBITUARY
MRS. D. MacDONALD A well-known Waipawa resident, Mrs,. Dolfy MacDonald, has died at the age of 51 years, after a long illness. Mrs. MacDonald was born in Waipawa, where she spent the whole of her life. She is survived by her hubband and son. MRS. M. A. DONALDSON Mrs. Mary Ann Donaldson, of Opavure, died in the Waikato Hospital ar the age of 91. Born in England In 1856, she came to New Zealand at the ago of 18. After her marriage to Mr. Charles Edward Sheffield two years later she resided in Anderson’s Bay and Dunedin. Her husband died and she married Mr. John Donaldson, of Lawrence. After her husband’s death 20 years ago Mrs. Donaldson went to live at Oparure. In 'spite of her age Mns. Donaldson could read without the Use of glasses. She is survived by two daughters. There are six grandchildren and seven great-grand-children. MR. R. KINGSFORD The death has occurred of Mr. Roger Kingford, aged 21, holder of the Cornwall Scout Decoration tor outstanding courage in adversity. A | son of Mr. and Mrs. A. R. Kingsford, be had been bedridden for 12 years as a result of a football injury.
