Only three hor&eg had been scratched for the third day of the Wellington Racing Club’s meeting up to last n'ght. Foxada was withdrawn from the Camp Handicap alt 3 p.m. on Monday. Yesterday Baruch and Our Jock were scratched for the Douro Handicap, the former at 12.30 p.m. and Our Jock ten minutes later.
