NEW MEMBER OF THE RAETIHI BOROUGH COUNCIL
(0.C.) Raetihi, Jan. 21. Mr. 11. G. Young has been appointed member of the Raetihi Borough Council. He fills the vacancy caused by the election of Mr. A. E. Urwin to the Mayoral chair. Mr. Young was born in Canada and came to New Zealand with his parents in 1919. He is an old boy of Mount Albert Grammar School, Auckland. For six years lie was vice-captain of 'he Auckland Presbyteriazi Harrier Club. He came to Raetihi three years ago as proprietor of the Raetihi Pharmacy. He is vice-president of the Raetihi Tennis Club and a member of the Raetihi Club Inc.
