RIFLE SHOOTING
WANGANUI DEFENCE RIFLE CLUB On Saturday last the Wanganui Defence Rifle Club fired a practice shoot at Putiki Rifle Range. Weather conditions were line, but a strong southerly wind made good judgment essential. Many good scores were recorded and possibles were the order of the day. Miss Anderson was top scorer with 69 out of 70 off the rifle, an excellent performance. Following are the detailed scores: -
