Ohakune, Aug. 11. The town clerk. Raetihi, forwarded to the monthly meeting of the Ohakune Borough Council a proposal from his council that a sub-area of the Wanganui Regional Planning Council, comprising the Waimarino County and the boroughs of Ohakune and Raetihi, be established, with a representative on the central council. The Wanganui Regional Planning Council also forwarded for execution a resolution agreeing to the setting up of the Regional Council. After discussion the Ohakune Borough Council resolved that, a conference of the Waimarino County Council and the Ohakune and Raetihi boroughs be convened Io consider the a holo matter.
