After the review of the Great Northern Hurdles field by Die Auckland correspondent of the “Chronicle” was in print, Press Association advice was received that Brantonie had been scratched at 12.30 p.m. yesterday for the hurdles. Rangiriri has also been withdrawn from his engagements at the Auckland meeting.
