LOAN BOARD APPROVAL NECESSARY CHECK ON EXPENDITURE Before the Wanganui Harbour •Board can purchase its new dredge approval must be obtained from the Government Loans Board, even though the Harbour Board does not intend to raise a loan fcFr the dredge.
