Delegates were present from Makirikiri, Kakatahi, Okoia, Huntervilie. Fordell, Marton, Mangaweka, Waituna West, Cheltenham. Rangiwahia, Rewa, Bulls. Beaconsfield, Ohingaiti and Kimbolton. Mr. D. TI. Mclnnes (chairman of the Manawatu electorate) was also present. The seriVfary presented the report and balance-sheet for the year endin-: December ,31, 1915, which was read 1 and adopted.
