Caithness • president) at Lhe opening of the annual meeting of delegates of the Ran gitikei electoral district of the National Party, in lhe Victory Hall, Marton, on Tuesday afternoon. Delegates were present from Makirikiri, Kakatahi, Okoia, Huntervilie. Fordell, Marton, Mangaweka, Waituna West, Cheltenham. Rangiwahia, Rewa, Bulls. Beaconsfield, Ohingaiti and Kimbolton. Mr. D. TI. Mclnnes (chairman of the Manawatu electorate) was also present. The seriVfary presented the report and balance-sheet for the year endin-: December ,31, 1915, which was read 1 and adopted.
