MANGAMAHU DOG TRIALS
Ideal weather conditions, in contrast to the unpleasant weather on Monday, were enjoyed by spectators at. the Mangamahu dog trials yesterday, when the huntaway event, with 50 entries, was completed. To-day the heading and yarding event will be finished. Yesterday’s event resulted: — Huntaway (possible 45 points.) C. Harrold’s (Kakatahi) Tweed 43 1 H. Gullery’s (No 2 Line) Casey 42 ... 2 W.
