RUSSIANS IN MANCHURIA Chungking, March 6. China had been pressing for the withdrawal of Russian troops from Manchuria, but ihe Russians had intimated that the delay in departure was due to certain difficulties which they, did not specify, said the Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Liu Chieh.
