TO REPATRIATE MORE JAPANESE
DESTROYER IN SYDNEY HARBOUR.
Reed. 8.15 p.m. Sydney, March 4. The Japanese flag flying from the mainmast of the demilitarised destroyer Yoizuki was struck an hour after the vessel passed through Sydney Heads to-day. The ship, which comes from. Yokohama, is to repatriate 1005 Japanese prisoners of war and nationals. The passengers will have an even worse trip than the 2700 who left on the Da : kai Maru. as the destroyer is only of 1500 tons displacement, with a beam of 28 ft. Tho flag came down a minute after an R.A.N. patrol vessel went alongside.
