MEMOK I ICS OTHER DAYS. A Wanganui eighl-oai' crew which won al. Wellington in an interproviueial race of 10 years ago. There were seven contestants, and Ihe race was rowed on the Korokoro course, I’ort Nicholson. The top picture slio ws the finish with Wanganui (centre) winning from Wellington (left). The centre picture shows the W anganui crew, and the bottom picture shows the positions of the three leading crews a quarter of a mile from the finish, Wanganui lesdi'iig, then Wellington, then Canterbury. The personnel of the Wanganui crew was: R. Could (stroke), lleiige, R. Edwards, A. C 4. K. Jackson, (1. Delves, A. llalkett, D. Holmes and P. Stowel’s, with \V. Stoddart (eox). v_F. Mjilson w as the coach.
