TUG-BOAT STRIKE ENDS

Recd. 7.15 p.m. New York, Feb. 13. The Mayor of New York, Mr. O. Dwyer, announced that the tug-boat strike had been called off and the men are returning to work to-morrow morning, pending arbitration in the wages and hours dispute.
