RUSSIA ACCUSES BRITAIN OF PAYING HIM Reed. 6 p m. Moscow. Jan. 22. Allegations that Mr. Taquibadeh, Persian Ambassador to Britain, was receiving a salary for rendering assistance in prolonging oil concessions in southern Pe r ia, were published in the Persian newspaper “Shakhbaz,” quoted bv the Tass (Russian) agency. The newspaper declared that Mr Taaqui! adeh's acceptance of such a salary from a British oil company could not possibly be construed as service to Persia.
