TENANCY CASE

HUSBANDS OF PARTIES RETURNED SERVICEMEN (P.A.) Hastings, Jan. 23. An interesting tenancy case came before Mr. A. Coleman, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court, Hastings, in which the husbands of both parties were returned servicemen. An order was made for Eva Jean Fitzgerald, married, to be given possession of her house by the present occupant, Gertrude Ann* Morse, within 14 days. It nvas stated that plaintiff’s husband had recently returned from overseas service, and as their present accommodation was of a very temporary nature repossession of iheir oo home was required. Defendant's husband had also recently returned, and they had so far been unable to regain, possession of their house.
