VETERAN MEMBER OF MARTON BRASS BAND (0.C.) Marton, Jan. 14. While preparing to accompany the Marton Municipal Brass Band to the Marton races on Saturday, Mr. Charles H. Marsden, a veteran member o£ the band, collapsed at his home and was subsequently admitted to the Wanganui Hospital. Mr. Marsden is 86 years o£ age and fore more than 30 years has been associated with the Marton Band as drummer and custodian.
