POSSESSION ORDERED

MARTON HOUSING CASE FAYHLY LIVING IN TENTS (0.C.) Marton, Dec. 21. An order requiring defendant, J. Jobberns, to deliver possession of a house in Marton Junction by January 28, provided that flat accommodation offered by plaintiffs, D. and B. Thompson, is available at that date, was made by Mr. A. Coleman, S.M., in a reserved decision given in the Magistrate's Court, Marton. Mr, K. A. Williams appeared for plaintiff, and Mr. J. R. L. Stanford represented Jobberns. When the case was heard earlier in the week it was claimed that for the past three months the Thompsons had lived in tents at Marton Junction and suffered hardships because of the weather. They fought possession of a house at present occupied by Jobberns.
