AMERICA WANTS TO KNOW HOW VOTE IS SPENT Washington, Dec. 12. Congress approved a 550,000,000uollar U.N.R.R A. appropriation, constituting the balance of the United Slates’ commitment for the first year of U.N.R.R.A. operations. The appropriation carries an amendment requesting President. Truman to seek permission for American pressmen to enter countries aided by U.N.R.R.A. to report how the money is spent.
