COMMENT BY TITO. Belgrade, Dec. 17. Marshal Tito, in an article in the Yugoslav Press, said there could not be normal relations between Italy and Yugoslavia until Rome acknowledged Italy’s aggression and recognised Yugoslavia’s just demands for reparations and a territorial revision. lie added that a defeated country could not impose conditions on a victor, and such pretensions were absurd.
