TWO MORE JAP LEADERS SURRENDER
Tok io, Now 23. General Araki and Yoshihisa Kuzuu, leader of the Black Dragon Society, has sm rendered to the Allies and has been imprisoned as suspected war criminals. Araki said a trial would be the best opportunity for clearing up the Japanese position which had been misunderstood by the world.
