CROWD FIRED ON
STUDENTS DEMONSTRATE IN CALCUTTA
Recd. 6 p.m. Calcutta, Nov. 21. Police opened fire on a crowd of 2000 students who were demonstrating in favour of the Indian National Army. Students who squatted in the middle of busy streets refused to move. They set. fire to a police lorry. There were several casualties.
