Reed. 8.15 p.m. London, Nov. 21. Sofoulis has succeeded in forming a Greek Cabinet in succession to Canellopoulos. Reuter says the composition of the Government will not be announced until after to-day’s swearingin ceremony, but it is known to include Tsouderos, former Prime Minister, who becomes General Economic Co-ordinator.

Reuter adds that the new Government has agreed to defer the plebiscite on the King’s return until I°4B “to assist the general programme oL reconstruction to which the Government is committed.”
