APPROACHING TRIALS REHEARSAL HELD*. Nuremberg, Nov. 5. The chief prosecutor in the forthearning trials of the major Nazi war criminals, Mr. Justice Robert Jackson, attended a full rehearsal of the trial in a special room at the Palace of Justice where "stand-ins” for the Judges, prosecutors, witnesses and defendants ran through a prepared script using earphones and microphones. Mr. Justice Jackson said the United States would be ready. to open its case on the date set, November 20, buf delay was possible because it was expected that there would be requests by counsel for the defendants for addltional time to prepare the defence. The health of Rudolf Hess showed no indication that it had changed since two months ago when he was judged fit to stand trial, though the question of his sanity had now been raised, the British prosecutor said.
