Recd. 7.30 pun. London, Nov. 6. "No Work, No Bread,” is the slogan in Hungary according to John Haire, member of the British House of Commons delegation visiiii.g Hungary, in a broadcast. Poverty, famine, disease and cold are inevitable in Hungary this winter. The harvest was bad and bread, rationed at half a pound daily is reserved only for workers. Thousands must die this winter unless help comes. Distribution has larkely broket, down. Forage parties go out into the country to search for foed, which is later distributed among factory workers. There is no coal. Trees hawdisappeared from Budapest's hills and parks.
