Friends kindly note that the funeral will leave St. Mary’s Church, Victoria Avenue, for Hawera Cemetery to-day (Wednesday, November 7, 1945), at the conclusion of Requiem Mass, which will be celebrated at 9 a.m.— Derdpsey and Sons, Funeral Directors, 144 Victoria Avenue. ROGERS — On November 5, 1945, at Wanganui Hospital. Ellen, dearly loved wife of John Henry Rogers, 11 Alexander Street (late of Patea and Urenui), and loved mother of Mrs. Calderwood; aged 77 years. RIP. Interment at Urenui to-day (Wednesday, November 7), at 1.30 p.m. WHETTON — On November 5, 1945, at Wanganui, Robert William, dearly loved husband of Hilda Whetton, of 42 London Street, Wanganui; aged 68 years.
