Parliament Bldgs., Nov. 5 For the purpose of taking evidence on the John Duncan McGruer Eestatc Bill, the Hou. e of Representatives to day set up a committee of selection. It. comprises Messrs M. 11. Oram (Opp.— Manawatu Mr. T. Clifton Webb (Opp.—Kaipara), Mr. J. B. F. Cotterill (Govt.—Wanganui), who is in charge of the Bill. Mr. L. G. Lowry (Govt —Otaki) and Mr. R. McKeon (Govt.—Wellington South), who is chairman of committees in the House and will be chairman of this committee. The committee will report its recommendations to the House.
