WANGANUI A. AND P. SHOW
Ample evidence is accumulating to show that the Spring Show to be staged by the Wanganui A. and P. Association on November 9 and 10 next, will be a great success. The secretary of the Sideshowmen’s Guild has advised that amongst the novelties to be brought here will be “The Globe of Death’’ and “The Wall of Death,” both being exhibitions of daring motor-cyclists. The Skaters, The waxworks, a Vaudeville Show, and a Continental Magician. These are in addition to the usual array of games and stalls usually seen in Sideshow Alley, and the total space to be occupied in this section will have a frontage of 800 feet. This will be the largest accumulation of sideshows .ever seen at a Wanganui show. The display of farm machinery and locally manufactured goods will also be on a larger scale than has been Ihe case in past years and the A. and P. Association is being taxed to accomodate all the exhibits offering.
