(P.A.) Auckland, Aug. 20. The appeals of P. Hayvice and J. R. Nieper against the disqualification, for five years imposed upon them by the Avondale Jockey Club in connection with the ownership of the racehorse Good Fun, were dismissel to-day by the Auckland District Committee, which endorsed the disqualifications and also that of the horse. The committee ordered appellants' deposits of £5 each to be forfeited.
