THEY ARE TO BE HELD AS PLANNED Recd. 5.5 p.m. London, Aug. 20. The Moscow radio says the Bulgarian Prime Minister, Mr. Georgiev, announced that the Bulgarian elections would be held on August 26. despite attempts, at home and abroad, to secure their postponement. He added that the Government had taken steps to ensure that the elections would be held in complete freedom.
