JAP NAVAL FORCE

FOUND TO BE STARVING Recd. 6.30 p.m. Manila, July 16. Lieutenant-Colonel Jaime Manzano said that the nearby Japanese troops had been well fed and clothed. This was more evidence of the unfriendliness between the Japanese army and navy.
