(P.A.) Wellington, July 17. On May 25 Seymour Joseph Sands, printer, was charged with failing to print his name and address on pamphlets distributed around Wellington and purporting to be issued l,y the Dominion Sportsmen’s Association. He pleaded guilty and was fined £125. On the recommendation of the Minister of Justice the tine has been reduced to £lO.
