CHINESE DESIRE CLOSER CO-OPERATION

Recd. 10 p.m. Chungking, July 9. The Peoples Political Council unanimously adopted a resolution declaring that China and Russia should co-oper-ate more? closely and further cement relations. Mr. K. C. Wu, Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs, told the council that Japan after the war should fully and substantially compensate for China’s war Josses, that Japan should be completely disarmed and all occupied Chinese territories completely restored to China.
