CROQUET SEASON CLOSES AT DURIE HILL
At (he closing of the season by the Durie Hill Croquet Club members gathered ifor afternoon tea and played various competitions, the results being:—Crazy hoops. C. La Roche: oneball break* 11. R. Ogg; rush 1o peg, Mrs. La Roche; skittles. Mrs. Green. Prizes won during the season were presented as follows:—A Grade Championship, C. La Roche: runner-up, A. E. Ogier; B Grade Championship. Mrs. Armstrong C Grade Championship, \V. E. Wilson; Margaret Hamilton 1 Memorial Handicap. Mrs. A. E. Ogier; 1 Runner-up. Mrs. R. Partridge; A Yankee, C. La Roche; runner-up, Mrs. C. La Roche; B and C Grade Handicap, : W. E. Wilson.
