Receiving the Report of the Directors on the business of the Society for the year ended 31st December, .1944; a Receiving Ihi declaration ot the result of the election of Directors. ' 3. (Aust.) who retires in terms of By-law 83 I and is eligible for re-election. | By-law 83 (c) provides that no member other than a retiring Auditor shall be eligible for election as Auditor unless notice in writing of his candidature shall have been given to the Society at least 30 days previous to the Annual Meeting.
