WANGANUI HOCKEY
The senior grade competition for the Wanganui Hockey Association’s Shield will commence to-morrow on the Gonville Domain, and the women’s seven-a-side tournament will be concluded on the Girls’ College grounds, Wanganui East. Following is the draw for the men s hockey:— L „ Schoolboys on Ground No. 2 at 2 p.m.—Tawhero v. Technical B; umpires, Messrs. lan Reid and G. Buxton. Seniors, on Ground No. 1 at 2 p.m.— Hinemoa v. Collegiate; umpires, Messrs. D. Glenny and D. Jeffery. On Ground No. 1 at 3 p.m.: Technical v. Tech. Old Boys; umpires, Messrs. D. Glenny and C.'C. Grant. WOMEN’S SEVEN-A-SIDE The women's seven-a-side tournament commenced last week and will be concluded this week on College Grounds. Wanganui East, the draw being as follows:—Section 1: Technical College V. T.0.G.A., 2. p.m.. Section 2: Y.W.C.A. v Wangaehu B, 2.15 p.m. Section 1: College v.
