DAILY INTERCESSION
Almighty God, Lord and Ruler of nations, people, and races, Who hast, ordained that in orderly government alone are rooted alone our true welfare and the world enduring happiness, in this time of the drifting of so many peoples into dark and unchartered seas, we beseech Thee to recover in the hearts of all nations and to implant such a reverence for life, such awareness of the perils that beset us all. such a readiness Io listen, to choose and to obey such counsels as seem necessary and just, (hat the nations may come together upon such maters as arc true and good, seek ing enlightenment even from Thyself. Amon.
